No Risk Opportunity for Fundraising Auction Planners

Our friend Ina Steiner over at Auctionbytes just posted this and I thought it could be beneficial to our many fundraising auction coordinators:

Emmy Swag Bag Auctions Anyone???????

With the Emmy Awards happening this Sunday, and the I.R.S. clamping down on those recipients of "Swag Bags" I will be keeping an eye out for those recipients who take their goody bag and put it up for a charity auction. That way the stars won't have to shell out about 10k to Uncle Sam- especially since the bag has over 30K worth of Goodies.

As a special guest of Michael Andretti, MAFand Andretti Green Racing, the winner and a guest will be invited to attend a weekend at the PalmsCasino Resort in Las Vegas, NV to enjoy the team’s post season celebration weekend.
